No there is no minimum stay requirement. You can stay just 1 night.
Is your Vancouver Vacation Rental located in a safe neighbourhood?

Yes, our vacation rental is located in a safe and vibrant neighbourhood in downtown Vancouver. As with any other major metropolitan city, there can be homeless or unsavoury people. But Vancouver prides itself on being a very safe city.
Is there parking available at Urban Oasis?

Yes, there is one FREE designated parking spot available for our guests.
Are towels and linens provided at Urban Oasis?

Yes, we provide all necessary towels and linens. More can be provided upon request.
Is there a washer and dryer at Urban Oasis?

Yes, we have a washer and dryer in the apartment available for guest use. There is even detergent and dryer sheets.
Can I bring my pet to Urban Oasis?

Yes, you can bring your pet to Urban Oasis! Just let us know when booking, as there is a pet fee.
Is smoking allowed at Urban Oasis?

Absolutely not, we have a strict no-smoking policy at our vacation rental. There is a HEFTY charge for the cleaning of smoke smells in the unit

Yes, we have air conditioning to keep our guests cool during the warm summer months.
What is the cancellation policy for Urban Oasis?

Do I need to pay a security deposit at Urban Oasis?

Yes, a $500 CAD security deposit is required. It will be refunded within 7 days of your departure, provided there are no damages.
Can I have guests over during my stay?

Yes, you are welcome to have guests over during your stay at Urban Oasis. However, please be mindful of our quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am and ensure that your guests are respectful of our neighbours.
Are parties or events allowed at Urban Oasis?

No, parties and events are not allowed at Urban Oasis. The rental is intended for quiet and peaceful enjoyment by registered guests only
Does Urban Oasis offer daily housekeeping?

Daily housekeeping is not included, but we provide a clean space upon arrival. Additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee.

We do not have a concierge service at Urban Oasis, but our friendly staff is always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations for things to do and see in Vancouver. We want to ensure that your stay with us is as enjoyable as possible
